Examination Sub-Committee

INTRODUCTION

The Examination Sub-Committee of Ckahdaha College is a body which is authorized to conduct examinations and make policy decisions regarding organizing and holding university examinations. The Committee deals with all the matters concerning examinations and hears the complaints received pertaining to any matter arising out of the conduct of examinations. With the supreme degree of devotion and allegiance, the Committee has taken care of the efficient conduct of all the external examinations of the College, as per the norms of the University of Kalyani.

OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the sub-committee are as follows:

• To organize different University examinations as per the schedule of the University.
• To help the College to maintain a good academic ambiance during examinations.
• The Examination sub-committee makes the block and seating arrangement and displays them on the concerned notice board/blocks.
• The Examination sub-committee makes schedules for staff (Teaching and non-teaching) related to the examinations as per university notifications.
• To address the grievances/ complaints of the students and staff concerning exam-related issues.
