Students’ Feedback Analysis Sub-Committee
INTRODUCTION
Feedback is corrective information or statements of opinion about an action, event, or process to the original. It plays an important role in improving the academic and work culture of an institution. A properly planned as well as chalked-out feedback system may help in the improvement of services provided by the institution depending upon the level of satisfaction of its all stakeholders
OBJECTIVES
It provides us with information about the gap between the actual level and the reference level of the system. It helps us to the comparison between actual outcomes and desired outcomes. It can develop any ongoing situations and help further action. Feedback helps determine the quality of education or process or activity. Feedback is a process that helps to correct any work mistakes. It helps to evaluate any program in the college. The objective of the exercise is to correctly gauge the impact of all the efforts taken by the institution at all levels on the various stakeholders. The institution wants the benefits to reach all the stakeholders. This feedback is collected and trends are generated through statistical analysis. Based on the opinion of the stakeholders, further action is taken by the feedback committee
