PF and others Benefit Monitoring Cell

INTRODUCTION

A provident fund is a compulsory, government-managed retirement savings scheme. The employee contributes to a fund that aims to provide financial support to the employee when they retire.

OBJECTIVES

PF Sub- Committee has been formed in the year 2022. It is formed mainly to serve the purpose of providing information regarding PF and help the accounts department of the college to issue complete PF statements every year to the incumbents.

It is also set up for the overall monitoring of the PF Management Systems.

To create awareness about Tax Planning, Assessment, and PF Management among the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college, the Sub-committee recently organised a state-level seminar on 'PF Management, Tax Assessment, and Planning'.

The report of the said seminar will be sent to the IQAC coordinator in due course of time.
