Prospectus & Website Development Sub-Committee

INTRODUCTION

The Prospectus is one of the most important official documents of the college which provides basic information about the College including its history as well as its vision-mission. It also provides a structural framework of the different courses and combinations along with the requisite fees and the provision for different facilities offered to the students. It further lays out the name of all the staff members, the structure of the Governing Body, and the students’ union. Students can also get an idea about general rules and regulations, do’s and don’ts from the Prospectus.

On the other hand, the website of College showcases and communicates almost every piece of information about the College and its day-to-day activities concerning all its stakeholders. So, through our College website, one can be apprised of both the academic and administrative ambiance at a glance.

OBJECTIVES

Consequently, the main objectives and functions of the Prospectus and website sub-committee are-

• to make our College a brand
• to encourage aspiring applicants to opt for our College as their first choice
• to disseminate different information from time to time
• to connect with all its stakeholders
• to maintain the website with all updated data

This sub-committee, under the guidance of our Hon’ble Principal, brings out every year the Prospectus, the complete manual giving an insight into the college, and regularly updates the website.
