Routine Sub-Committee
INTRODUCTION
Routines are an important way to establish norms, set expectations, and otherwise build positive relationships in the classroom environment (and the workplace). They help everyone involved be on the same page.
OBJECTIVES / ACTIVITIES
The skeleton of the teaching-learning program of the institution is the class routine. The obvious objective of the routine committee is to prepare it for every session and to monitor it dynamically in different academic phases throughout the session. Preparation of the class routine for odd and even semesters theory and practical classes. Preparation of routine for special classes (for advanced learners) and tutorial classes (for weak learners). The Committee prepares the routine for review by the Heads of all departments. After obtaining suggestions from the HODs the routine is finalised and published. The Committee then allocates rooms for scheduled classes. It also allocates room for special programmes held in the College
